As buried pipelines age with time and approach or go beyond their design life, they deteriorate and could collapse at any moment causing significant disturbance to the service.
While full or partial replacement of an underground pipeline in congested cities is too disruptive to city life making the choice to dig up and replace almost impossible, MACE can offer various alternative state-of-the-art trenchless solutions for pipeline rehabilitation that would extend the lifetime of a deteriorating network by a further 30 to 50 years without having to dig.
MACE Qatar provides Local spot repairs for minor localized defects (Patch Repair) covering pipe diameters from 100mm to 2400mm.

■ U Liner.
■ Swagelining.
■ Full CIPP lining using UV technology to cure and reline entire sections from manhole to manhole for diameters from 150mm to 1200mm and above.
■ Pipe bursting to enlarge the deteriorated pipeline and replace it with a new continuous HDPE Liner of a bigger or similar diameter. The range of diameters depends on soil conditions and original pipe characteristics.
