This Department handles new open-cut construction work of all underground utilities including potable water, stormwater, foul sewer, irrigation, oil and gas, chilled water using both carbon steel and GRP pipes, pneumatic waste control, industrial pipeline works like desalination plants & cooling water supply and return networks and associated structures.

This division also handles Marine Work for pipelines under the sea bed as well as civil works for electrical cables. This division handles all specialized water and sewage overpumping services for utility diversions and/ or protection works.
